With a payload of up to 850 kg and a cargo space volume of 3.47 m³ in the standard box version, it is ideal for a wide range of applications. Whether inner-city deliveries on the last mile, transport in parks, green spaces, factory halls, railroad stations or airports - the ARI 458 Pro adapts to every area of application. Thanks to its wide range of body variants, the loading area can be individually configured: from box body, tipper, flatbed or tarpaulin body to specialized solutions such as food truck, waste collection or sales vehicle. With the standard LifePo4 battery, the ARI 458 Pro achieves between 120 and 180 kilometers as standard, with the optionally available larger LiFePO4 battery, between 180 and 230 kilometers are possible and with the optionally available solar cells on the commercial vehicles, the range can be increased even further.

The batteries installed in the ARI Motors vehicles are of course always included in the vehicle price and are not charged separately or on a monthly basis. In addition to the standard batteries, we also offer optional high-performance batteries for even more range.

The variable loading area of ARI Motors commercial vehicles can be equipped with a box body, a tipper, a flatbed, a tarpaulin body or individually according to your wishes. The loading area of the ARI 458 Pro can carry a payload of 850 kg.

Comprehensive standard equipment
The basic equipment of the ARI 458 Pro already includes electric windows, touchscreen with reversing camera and Bluetooth function, central locking with remote control, interior heating and LED daytime running lights.
Practical additional equipment
Air conditioning, a larger LiFePO4 battery, a trailer coupling, front and rear bumpers, a full-size spare wheel, winter tires, additional doors in the body or solar cells for the commercial vehicles with box body are available as options for the ARI 458 Pro.
Frequently asked questions about the ARI 458 Pro
Which ARI 458 Pro battery is suitable for my requirements?
The ARI 458 Pro is equipped with a standard LiFePO4 battery (120-180 km range) as standard. A larger LiFePO4 battery with a range of 180-230 km is available as an option.
The standard battery is usually sufficient for predominantly urban or regional trips with overnight charging. If you ride longer distances, make several trips a day or need more reserve, the larger battery is the better choice.
In addition, the range can be further increased with optional solar cells on the commercial vehicle bodies.
How long does the ARI 458 Pro take to charge?
Depending on the charge status and battery size, a full charge takes around four to five hours. Charging takes place via the 230-volt household socket supplied - a special charging infrastructure or wallbox is not required.
Alternatively, the ARI 458 Pro can be charged at a wallbox or at public AC charging points with a type 2 connection (max. 3.3 kW). DC fast charging is not provided for this model. In everyday commercial use, intermediate charging during working hours or overnight is usually sufficient. All charging options in detail
How many months warranty do I have on the battery and vehicle?
The ARI 458 Pro comes with a 12-month warranty, followed by a 12-month guarantee. The LiFePO4 battery is covered by ARI Motors for 24 months or 50,000 kilometers (whichever comes first).
The warranty begins on the date of purchase, which is documented in the handover report. In the event of a warranty claim, ARI Motors will repair or replace defective components. The prerequisite is that the prescribed maintenance and inspection intervals are adhered to and documented accordingly.
Where can I have my ARI vehicle repaired?
In principle, ARI Motors electric vehicles can be repaired in any garage, as wiring diagrams and repair instructions are provided if required. Many spare parts can also be ordered from spare parts dealers or the ARI Motors online store and can be delivered in around 48 hours.
Can the ARI 458 Pro tow a trailer?
Yes, the ARI 458 Pro can be officially equipped with a trailer coupling and is permitted to tow trailers on public roads. The maximum trailer load depends on the configuration: unbraked trailers up to 350 kg, braked trailers up to 750 kg (depending on registration or N1 classification). The legally permissible upper limit is 750 kg.
Towing is supported by the 15 kW rear-wheel drive with immediately available torque as well as the standard reversing camera and the compact turning circle of 9.62 meters. Can I use the ARI 458 Pro as a mobile power source (Vehicle to Load)?
Yes, with the optional vehicle-to-load function (V2L), the ARI 458 Pro becomes a mobile power source: The vehicle supplies external devices with 230 volts via an unlockable connection - without a combustion engine, noise or fuel costs. Available in three power variants (1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 watts), e.g. for construction site lighting, power tools or cooling devices.
As each power draw reduces the range, V2L is particularly suitable for short-term commercial applications in trade, construction, municipal operations and the event sector.
How much ground clearance and climbing ability does the ARI 458 Pro have?
With a ground clearance of 20 cm and a gradeability of 20%, the ARI 458 Pro also masters uneven terrain as well as hilly paths and approaches. Potholes, small stones or roots are no obstacle thanks to the high ground clearance.
The vehicle is primarily designed for road use, but thanks to its robust leaf springs, rigid axle and rear-wheel drive, it is also a confident performer on forest, meadow and field paths - naturally, it is no substitute for an all-wheel drive vehicle. What fits in the trunk of the ARI 458 Pro?
The standard version of the box body is 2.40 m long, 1.42 m wide and 1.19 m high - enough for two Euro pallets, which can even be loaded with a forklift thanks to the rear hinged doors. With a payload of up to 850 kg, bulky goods such as bicycle boxes, toolboxes, delivery goods or event equipment can also be transported.
