ARI 458 in use at Stahlbau Fritz for major construction site in Kühtai

The Tyrolean company Stahlbau Fritz is one of the leading specialists for metalworking and steel constructions. With successful projects in Munich, Vienna, London and Hong Kong, the company from Innsbruck has made an international name for itself. Since the implementation of projects such as the construction of the new Bergisel ski jump or the renovation of the Innsbruck Olympic Hall, Stahlbau Fritz has been a reliable partner for demanding construction projects in the property and project business.

E-transporter in use on one of the most exciting construction sites in Tyrol

Stahlbau Fritz is currently working on a major construction site in Kühtai. On behalf of TIWAG, the Kühtai 2 pumped storage power plant is being built there, an important project for the generation of electricity from renewable energies. It includes the construction of a new reservoir in the Längental valley and a bypass tunnel, which is being built using a modern tunnel boring machine. Construction is well advanced and commissioning is planned for summer 2026. The project will make an important contribution to Tyrol's sustainable energy supply in the future.

ARI 458: Small, strong, reliable - the perfect construction site helper

Stahlbau Fritz relies on an agile and reliable electric vehicle from ARI Motors for daily transportation within the tunnel facility. The ARI 458 Platform Standard with LiFePO battery is used on the construction site to transport tools and materials. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the vehicle can also be moved safely and efficiently in narrow tunnel tubes. An additional protective tarpaulin against moisture ensures reliable operation under the demanding conditions in the mountains.

Sustainable mobility for demanding projects

By using the ARI 458, Stahlbau Fritz proves that technical efficiency and environmentally friendly mobility complement each other perfectly. The vehicle supports smooth operations on the construction site and demonstrates how electric commercial vehicles can work reliably and economically even under difficult operating conditions.
